Pat Wilson has served client’s
specific needs since 1972 when she and her husband, Bob, opened Wilson’s Custom
Saddlery. Since 2004 she has taken on the challenges of marketing homes and
assisting buyers in finding their ideal home. In her first year she received an
award for her production, which included all types of properties from houses in
town to country homes.
Pat’s contact list includes lots of
horse lovers. This gives her an edge for
those buyers and sellers who are interested in local equine properties of all types.
Her experience with selling and repairing riding equipment, both Western and
English, helps her understand a horse lover’s personal needs.
