Greetings
and salutations! Thank you for spending a moment to read about me, Brian
Rowland, an Associate Broker with Century 21 Real Estate Alliance.
Education
has always played an important role in my adult life. Learning new things
from new perspectives and developing a better understanding of the world has
helped me evolve. This desire to always continue to learn drove me to
further knowledge of my craft and obtain my Broker’s license. The next
stop was to become accredited as a Senior Real Estate Specialist where I can
help seniors make those next stage decisions to set up yourself and your family
for success moving forward.
I
am a compassionate person who really cares about the people with whom I
interact. Family and friends are my heart and soul and I treat my clients
like family. I am there for them from start to finish of the transaction
and then for life.
2017
was such an amazing year. I finished in the top 25 for Century 21
Northern California sales. Since that time, I have been able to keep in the top
group of agents in all of Northern California and business keeps building upon
itself as my clients continue to refer me to their family and friends. Your
Trust Is Truly Golden! It is such a
good feeling to see the hard work culminate into success. Every sale is
different and requires a different approach but the core values of integrity,
knowledge and determination are there for each one. I have made many
lifelong friends from this career and hope to continue that trend moving forward.
There are so many things to consider when buying or selling a home and my goal
is to make sure that you are truly satisfied.
When
one gets so much from life it is important to give back as well. I
volunteered with Special Olympics for 10 years and then began working as a
community outreach liaison for Century 21 where I have headed up programs such
as ‘Ready Steady Read’, ‘Let’s Feed Our Neighbors’ and ‘We Got Your
Back’. These programs have worked to provide food, books and school
supplies to our neighbors in need. Lately, I have joined a Moose lodge
where we contribute $75-$100 million worth of community service annually.
For
recreation, Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Foothills are my ‘go to’ for stress
relief and general playtime. Otherwise, taking in a Giants game, hanging
out and chatting with friends or pretty much any board or card game (Texas Hold
‘Em in particular) are some of my favorite past times.
All
in all, I am passionate about what I do and truly believe that I can be an
asset to anyone with Real Estate related needs. Give me a call and always
