Al views his role in assisting buyers and sellers as more

positive impact on others lives. In his seven years in the real estate field,
he put to good use his superior negotiating skills to help distressed
homeowners preserve their dignity during this economic roller coaster we are
coming out of. He did so by negotiating with banks, homeowners associations,
debt collectors, and judgment attorneys on behalf of his clients in order to
give them the opportunity to voluntarily sell their properties in short sale,
thus avoiding the negative impact foreclosure would otherwise have on their
families and credit.
No one likes surprises in a real estate transaction, so Al
ensures that his clients know what to expect at each step between agreement and
closing - and that they are forewarned about the glitches that can and do
affect a closing. Dependable, accessible and responsive are the
adjectives All of his clients and peers use to describe him. He is also known for
cool headedness in the midst of the sometimes emotionally charged buying and
selling process. Real estate is a relationship based business, and Al strives
to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. His ultimate
goal is having a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely
satisfied with the professional and caring service they received.
