Through
my years of experience on the central coast and wine region, I have become
highly specialized in honing in on each of my client’s needs. Due to my high
sales skills, and my genuine enjoyment in helping people, I realized that real
estate was the perfect fit for me.
I go above
and beyond for a successful transaction. Before every open house I coordinate
with lenders to secure their availability during the showing, bring in a team
of interior decorators and stagers, and a professional photographer to insure
the best sale.
The proudest moment of my career to
date would have to be closing my disabled veteran’s escrow two days before he
was going to be homeless. Sometimes it takes a village to get things done, good
thing we brought one!
Since the real
estate bubble burst it has become imperative for homeowners and buyers to have
a more assertive and knowledgeable agent to represent them to secure their sale
or purchase. While this is challenging, I heartily embrace these opportunities.
I believe in anticipating all of the possible inconveniences and being
proactive rather than reactive.
At the end of the day if someone
asked me to sum up being a realtor in five words or less, I would have to say,
honestly, you need me.
