Tim Riley was born and raised on a family farm in Northern
California where a strong work ethic was ingrained in him. His introduction to
real estate came when he purchased a home while still attending his second year
of college. He continued to study real estate and decided to dedicate a year to
real estate after graduating Cal-Poly. In 1999, he completed his Bachelor of
Science degree, majoring in Agriculture Business with a concentration in
Marketing. Tim is married to his lovely wife Mary Ann, who is mother to their
wonderful boys, Tyler and Bryce.
It’s easy to understand why people like working
with Tim. His manner is self-assured yet innately humble, with no trace of
arrogance or self-importance. He answers questions directly and has a natural
way of putting his clients at ease. His own experiences as a real estate
investor have given Tim a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding on
how best to help his customers achieve their own real estate objectives,
whether that be buying or selling their primary residence, or looking to expand
into the investment market. He stays up to date on industry trends and changes
through continued education, earning him the additional real estate
designations of CRS, ABR, SRES and GRI.
Tim’s clients gain valuable insight from his experiences.
Tim is very familiar with the entire Central
Coast, and understands what to expect throughout all types of real estate
transactions. Specializing in the county of San Luis Obispo, Tim works with a
